General Policy
Due to the nature of our food products, we are currently unable to offer refunds for unopened or unwanted items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [1-2] days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement product (subject to availability).
To Report a Damaged or Incorrect Item:

- A description of the damage or the incorrect item received

Processing Time
Once we receive your email and review your claim, we will process your refund or replacement within [3-5] business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is complete.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow [6-7] business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the error was on our part. If your order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping fee will still be deducted from your refund. We will cover the return shipping costs only for items that are damaged or incorrect.
Exceptions
